Reservation Deposit: A deposit is required to reserve your tour date and time. By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy.

Customer Cancellations: All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded. Any booking credit is issued solely at the discretion of Rocky Point Adventures.

Weather, Port Closures & Safety: If a tour cannot operate because of weather, high winds, rough seas, a Port Captain closure, a mechanical issue affecting safe operation, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, no cash refund will be issued. The amount paid will become a booking credit valid for 12 months from the original tour date. The credit may be used for the same tour or another available tour of equal value, applied toward a higher-priced tour by paying the difference, or transferred to another person with advance notice.

No-Shows: Guests who arrive after the required check-in time, miss the departure, or do not participate in the scheduled activity are considered no-shows. No refund or credit will be provided.

Customer Responsibility: Guests are responsible for arriving on time with all required identification, documents, and information. Transportation delays, traffic, border wait times, illness, and personal scheduling conflicts do not qualify for a refund.

Payment Disputes: You agree to contact Rocky Point Adventures before filing a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to resolve the matter. Booking credits may be suspended while a related payment dispute is under review.

Acceptance of Terms: Completing your reservation and submitting payment confirms your acceptance of this Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
